After launching the limited beta, I immediately noticed a few key areas for improvement. The commenting system needed fine-tuning, notifications weren’t fully functioning, and there was a dip in credit purchases and ticket submissions after the first week. We also realized we needed clearer messaging on our marketing page to better communicate who the platform is for and show real examples of the types of tickets people should submit. This feedback has been invaluable, and my team has been working hard to address these issues.
When we do our bigger launch, we’ll be even more prepared to support the Webflow community with confidence. Stay tuned for more updates!
